I am a new style small farm. A family/people buy an animal for $4,000 (plus GST) and I raise it for them using biodynamic methods. They then get the meat delivered to them ready for the freezer, butchered as they have requested by a top quality butcher. That is a by product of buying the animal, this is an important legal point. Albeit it symantics!!
