Kiwicoffee originally started life as the café ‘In Italia’. Situated in Cashel Mall, Christchurch, In Italia’s thriving business was forced to change direction following the devastating quake on 22 February 2011. Owner Garry Pierce, a Cantabrian renowned for his hands-on approach and barista skills, met the challenge by starting Kiwicoffee and ‘going mobile’.
